If you are not delighted with the product, simply contact us within 60 days of your order by email (customerservice@OptiCel.com) or by phone (877-OPTICEL / 877-678-4235) and return the partially used bottle using the shipping information below for a full refund of original price paid.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Simply attach a copy of your original order acknowledgement/receipt to the partially used bottle and insert into your shipping package.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Rejection of refund could include if the product was not purchased originally by the refund requestor. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically within 3-5 business days after receipt).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a confirmation of product receipt withing 7 days of shipping it back or if not refunded yet after 7 days of being notified of approval of refund on the return by OptiCel, first check your bank account again to determine if the refund was received. Then contact your credit card company and/or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@OptiCel.com and send your item to: OptiCel, c/o M.S.S., 4921 Para Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45237, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and the gift giver will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs originally billed (such as expediated shipping) are non-refundable.
